Remote Access System for STAM-2 Monitoring Station
STAM-VIEW
The STAM-VIEW is an extension of the STAM-2 system which allows remote viewing of events coming from the selected station subscribers. With this solution, the company which conducts monitoring, may supplement its offer with the option of real-time access to transmitted information, including the history of the monitored events. For the system users, the owners of monitored premises, this means the option to remotely check the system status at any time.
STAM-VIEW advantages
For monitoring stations:
- relief from having to provide telephone information about incoming events

STAM-VIEW DEMO
STAM-VIEW makes it possible to remotely view the events sent from STAM-2 monitoring station subscribers.
It enables the system users (owners of monitored facilities) to check the alarm system status.
This is achieved by means of a computer or mobile phone with a web browser. Similarly, the installer
will facilitate the process of testing connectivity. The offered tool not only ensures verification
of correct transmission tracks setup, but also facilitates periodical maintenance of an alarm system.
Such a solution considerably enhances monitoring station functionality and the level of services provided by a company.
In order to fully test the STAM-VIEW functionality, we have prepared a demo version operating with the
STAM-2 server
installed in our company's quarters. The prepared setup enables you to test both the capabilities of the STAM-2 monitoring
station and the VERSA IP control panel by means of the VERSA CONTROL mobile application.
Activating, setting up and operating STAM-2:
Testing extended application functionalities
There is an additional possibility of monitoring by means of a given alarm control panel via a switched track alarm or ETHM or GPRS devices offered by SATEL for the presented server.

Activating STAM-VIEW

Type https://stamview.satel.pl in a web browser.

Provide the following data in the logon window:
- User name: Administrator
- Password: satel
After logging on, add an own user and assign a list of facilities accessible for them. Unless additional facilities are configured in STAM-2, access is granted only to the VERSA IP facility. Remote control of this control panel is possible via VERSA CONTROL mobile application.
Remote control of the VERSA IP control panel via VERSA CONTROL application
- Run the application in your mobile device.
- Provide the following data in the logon window:
- MAC: 00 1B 9C 0C 10 38
- ID: 4EA9046140462838
- Password: 1111
- After logging in is possible to: arm and disarm, block input, output control, check failures and check the history of the event.
- After activation, restore the output to its initial condition (slide the indicator to the right).
In order to extend a monitoring station with
STAM-VIEW, a computer operating as a server must be prepared, in which a proper environment will be installed. In order to simplify the required system setup and provide maximum data safety, STAM-VIEW is distributed in a form of a virtual machine based on the VMWARE technology. The detailed manual will guide you step-by-step through the whole installation process, thanks to which any particular IT knowledge is required in order to easily set up and start the system.
Traditionally for SATEL, safety is the priority. This also concerns STAM-VIEW, which uses available technologies with the view to protecting against unauthorised access attempts and ensuring data protection as well as constant availability of services.
We also offer training and workshops regarding STAM-2 monitoring station installation and management which include presentation of the STAM-VIEW system. Participation in such training sessions will provide you with knowledge necessary for efficient ongoing management of this system, thanks to which you will be able to take full advantage of its capabilities.

The STAM-VIEW system allows the installers to significantly streamline the connectivity testing process, providing not only verification of the correct configuration of the transmission paths during installation, but also facilitating periodic maintenance of the alarm system.
Owing to the hierarchical configuration of the STAM-VIEW system accounts, you can effectively define the authority levels of individual users of the system: administrators, installers and end users. The system offers a range of tools: filtering, internal messaging between users, status and data reviews (depending on authority level), which significantly facilitate the everyday work of industry professionals and boost attractiveness of the monitoring firm offer.
