SLIM-R-DUAL-AC is a standalone indoor ceiling motion detector with a built-in relay output, designed for controlling lighting and other devices. It is an ideal solution for rooms where automatic light control is required without the need for an alarm or building automation system.
This device detects movement within the protected area and activates the connected lighting, fully automating its operation and helping to save energy. The detector is powered directly by 230 V AC, eliminating the need for additional power supplies and simplifying installation. Thanks to the built-in dusk sensor, the light is switched on only when the ambient light level is low.
SLIM-R-DUAL-AC uses two detection paths—passive infrared (PIR) and microwave (MW)—providing increased immunity to interference caused by challenging environmental conditions such as drafts, airflows, or sudden temperature changes.
The device is also available in versions with a single detection path (SLIM-R-PIR-AC) as well as in variants designed for surface-mounted installation (SLIM-S-PIR-AC and SLIM-S-DUAL-AC).
Note: SLIM-R-DUAL-AC is intended for home automation and should not be used as a motion detector in an intruder alarm system.
