The latest firmware update for the INT-TSI keypad introduces numerous enhancements that significantly expand system integration features, personalization options, and overall everyday user experience.

Advanced integration
The INT-TSI keypad now supports the MQTT protocol and can operate as both an MQTT server and a client, enabling seamless integration with building automation systems, IoT platforms, and third-party solutions. The update also introduces HTTP communication support and further expands compatibility with KNX IP systems, providing integrators with even greater flexibility when designing smart building environments.
Standalone operation of the keypad
A new standalone operating mode has been introduced, allowing the device to operate without connection to a control panel. In this mode, it can function as an independent control interface, for example for KNX systems, or as a video intercom monitor. It can also support IoT devices using the MQTT standard. Expanded integration options significantly broaden the range of possible applications.

Sound and interaction personalization
The new firmware allows users to upload custom audio files and assign them as chime sounds to selected zones of INTEGRA control panels. A new macro command type – PlaySound – enables precise control over audio playback within the system. Additionally, the Intercom widget has been enhanced with multiple DTMF door-release codes in SIP-based communication.

Automation and scenarios management
An expanded set of macro commands together with new configuration options for triggers, regulators, and buttons enables the creation of more advanced automation scenarios. Their operation can now be based not only on the INTEGRA control panel, but also on data received via MQTT or KNX IP. A new widget – Status – text field – allows clear presentation of real-time information on the interface, including charts or tables.

Improved video handling
The new StreamingOverTCP option reduces data usage during RTSP video streaming. As a result, video transmission becomes more stable and efficient, especially in networks with limited bandwidth.
Refreshed interface design
Two new colour themes – Dark and Light – have been added to the interface options. They allow the keypad interface to be better adapted to the room’s style, lighting conditions, and individual user preferences.
Stability and performance
The new software release also introduces a number of optimizations and improvements that enhance overall system responsiveness, even in large and complex projects. Communication with INTEGRA control panels has also been further improved.
