We are pleased to announce that our company has become a member of Euralarm, the leading European association representing the security and fire protection industry.
For over 50 years, Euralarm has been providing expert knowledge and setting development directions for manufacturers, integrators, standardisation bodies and decision-makers across Europe. The organisation comprises both industry associations and companies, representing a total of over 5,000 enterprises operating in the fields of fire detection, fire extinguishing systems, security systems and monitoring centres.
Why is this important to us?
Membership in Euralarm gives us a real influence on the creation and modification of industry standards that shape the security market. Thanks to our active participation in the organisation’s work:
- we will co-create technical requirements and standards,
- we will be directly involved in standardisation processes carried out, among others, in cooperation with CEN and CENELEC (the two main European standardisation organisations),
- we will learn in advance about new regulations that will apply to manufacturers and suppliers of industry solutions in the future.
A strong organisation with a significant impact on the market
Euralarm, founded in 1970 in Switzerland, operates through four specialised sections: Fire Detection, Fire Suppression, Security and Services. The organisation actively supports the development of technology, conducts expert work, organises conferences and publishes technical guidelines – in recent years, these have included documents on remote servicing of security systems, which resulted in the establishment of the EN 50710 standard.
Joining Euralarm is an important step for us towards strengthening our position on the European market and developing solutions in line with the latest security standards.
