Our products undergo continuous and detailed testing in modern laboratory facilities equipped with advanced instruments. Our commitment to quality ensures products consistently meet strict international, industry standards. Even the smallest plastic components are designed and produced internally. All crucial decisions, including the final design and specifications of our device enclosures, are made right here in the Toolroom and Injection Moulding Department. This approach allows us to quickly and efficiently adapt to any necessary changes throughout the entire process.

Our production is 90% automated, mainly based on SMT technology for faster, more efficient assembly. Each device undergoes automated optical inspection (AOI), and for components invisible to AOI and the human eye, we use specialized X-ray scanning - even on fully assembled, boxed products. We continuously modernize equipment and control air cleanliness, humidity, and temperature to ensure optimal manufacturing conditions.

Firmware and software development at SATEL is performed by our experienced internal team, ensuring seamless integration with hardware.
