Essen 2018 – Summary

The 42nd edition of the Security Essen International Security and Property Protection Trade Fair is behind us. It’s one of the most prestigious events in the security industry, both in Europe and worldwide.

On 25-28 September 2018, under the roof of the Messe Essen exhibition center, we presented not only well-known products, such as  PERFECTA and VERSA alarm systems, ACCO NET access control, and INTEGRUM – the INTEGRA. systems integration software. There were also many interesting new products from our offer. Among them communication modules (GSM-X, GPRS-A, INT-GSM), performing monitoring, messaging and remote control of the alarm system or building automation functions.

Great interest was aroused also by the announcements of:

• ABAX 2 – new version of SATEL two-way wireless system, based on new radio solutions. The main features of ABAX 2 include: 4-channel operation in 868 MHz frequency band, more efficient data transmission, higher immunity to interference, range up to 2000 m (in open area), remote software upgrade and wireless devices configuration.
• SLIM Line – new series of PIR and dual movement detectors with very good detection parameters, new lens as well as whole range of solutions which make installation easy and very fast. All devices have an elegant housing and their unified appearance makes a particular model difficult to recognize.
• SATEL KNX modules – devices enabling the implementation of advanced building automation in the KNX international standard.

In addition, attention of the visitors was caught by the PERFECTA COMFORT set, created especially for the German market. It provides optimal protection for small and medium-sized facilities. Our guests also appreciated the selection of devices and their initial configuration, enabling quick and easy installation, activation and control of the complete system.

Our instruction – very clear and leading step by step through all stages of the installation and configuration – also arouse interest of the viewers. We hope that PERFECTA COMFORT set will be a great success among German customers.
